"Wandered into this little gem because it was close to our AirBNB and not a single regret. The food was high quality, fresh and hot and the servings were generous. The restaurant is a little weary and aged in appearance, but was clean and service was timely and polite. I would absolutely come back here again."

"Good "Aussie" Chinese food! It has been in Kingsford for decades (>30 years), it was closed for a while but revelry reopened again. Still sun by the same owner and food was the same, generous serving and affordable prices. Definitely a good feed to the family!!"

"Delicious and authentic 80s experience. Trendy places like Bob Hawkes at Marrickville try to recreate this old school vibe. But this place doesn't need to try. It just is old school Australian Chinese restaurant vibes. They haven't renovated the interior or changed the decor since the 80s and that's part of charm of dining here. The food is really cheap too and tasty. I bet it also hasn't changed since the 80s. Come here if you love the succulent Chinese meal meme."

"Love this small Chinese Restaurant, try and go here regularly with my housemates and just has such a warm and familiar vibe. The food is great and so is the service, BYO and they'll chill your drinks. Can recommend the duck and the sizzling dishes. Reasonable price, but bit odd there is no cash discount but still always look forward to coming back to Hoh Won."
